The Carbonara Pizza, topped with cream, pecorino romano cheese, pancetta, scallions and black pepper, then drizzled with raw egg!
Devoured at Michael White’s new Nicoletta Pizzeria on the corner of 2nd and 10th here in NYC. One thing I didn’t expect though is that he’s bucking the current thin crust trend and going with a more doughy crust, attributed to the pies he ate growing up in Wisconsin.
