This beauty you see before you is “The STEAK”, which you will find on the menu at new Lower East Side Japanese sake lounge SakaMai. It’s a DeBragga 35-day, dry-aged, 28oz. bone-in ribeye. It’s my new favorite steak in New York City. Nothing short of incredible!
