EATAKU

I travel for work. I eat for fun.

Sushi Saito, Tokyo, Japan

Usually, when people talk about three star Michelin restaurants being hard to get into, they’re referring to the difficulty of making a reservation, not of finding the actual establishment. But when it comes to Sushi Saito in Tokyo, both the wait list and the directions can be challenging to navigate!

You see, first, you have to locate this underground parking garage in Akasaka…

image

Then, before you hit the security booth, you’ll find two doors on your right…

image

It’s there you’ll find the red curtains that hide Sushi Saito…

image

…an intimate six seat sushi bar that is without a doubt one of Tokyo’s best!
