We’ve found that most of the charcuterie around Copenhagen has been imported from Italy, Spain or France, which is disappointing as we want to try more cured and salted local game. However, yesterday, in Torvehallerne market, we discovered OMEGN, a shop specializing is Danish salamis, meats and cheeses!
